I’m guessing you do great work and your clients love you. But are you also drowning in referrals? Most – unfortunately – answer no to that question. That’s because doing great work does not equal automatically receiving referrals from your clients. It can be a hard truth to hear.
To receive referrals from clients you must build a client experience what is worthy of referrals then bridge the gap to generate referrals by implementing specific tactics within your client experience.
A client experience that makes you referable is more than just doing great work – it’s how your clients feel while working with you. Which means each business needs to put a repeatable process in place that meets the needs of clients through the work you do and the relationship you build. The work you do is the work touch points and the relationship you build is the relationship touch points and both are equal parts of the client experience formula.
